Status of Marine Current Energy Conversion in China

چکیده

Marine current energy conversion (MCEC) technologies are promising renewable systems with some full scale and semi-commercial turbines constructed deployed in several countries around the world. In this work, we present status of marine China policies geared to support these. Over past ten years Chinese government has provided a policy framework financial supports for development MCEC various design philosophies which resulted significant technology deployment at sea. A review these – have turbine capacities range 20 kW 650 kW, mostly tested sea is presented paper. addition, paper also discusses plans test sites prototype testing concludes view future prospects China.
